For as long as I can remember, I've been the person friends and family call when technology stops making sense, and I've always loved that role. I spent a few years working for Apple (first as a Retail Sales Specialist and then as a Technical Specialist at the Genius Bar), where I helped people of all ages and comfort levels make sense of their devices. I'm just as at home with Windows computers, Android phones, and all the other everyday gadgets people use, so whatever you've got, I can help. There's a real joy in watching someone go from frustrated to "oh, that's all it was?" I started Learn My Devices to do that for more people. No rushing, no jargon, no silly questions, just patient help at the pace that works for you.
