We'll go at your own pace, in plain language, and you'll come away understanding your technology, not just following steps, whether the help is for you or for a parent you're helping.

We talk on the phone, free, for 15 minutes. This is NOT the help session. It's where I listen to what you'd like to be able to do, then suggest the session that fits, and we find a time for it, at least a day out. Afterward you'll get an email confirming that time, with a link to pay and a link to click when your session starts. Sessions are paid in advance.

You keep the notes. A written recap of what we went over, in plain language, so you can do it again on your own whenever you need to.
